nnemarie has always had a love and appreciation for honest, pure cooking and baking. Her Swiss mother was a wonderful Chef in the kitchen growing up and was so good that

nnemarie never really was all that interested in cooking or baking because she enjoyed all of the lovely goodies from Mom. The Christmas gift that changed everything was her first Kitchen Aid Mixer from her Dad.

nnemarie was completely perplexed as to why he got her a mixer when she was not a baker, but apparently he knew something she didn't.

ur mission is to bring unique baking to the greater Cincinnati area with an attention to only using the finest all natural high quality ingredients and never using artificial dyes.

nnemarie took out her mixer and she was looking for a unique cookie recipe to give to her soon to be husband. This recipe started everything. Over the next few years

nnemarie tweaked this recipe hundreds of times with new flavor combinations, and then one day an inspiration came to her. She said why don't I put a cookie on the bottom and frosting on top. Hence, the

upcookie was born and then trademarked! What started as a simple cookie has now morphed into fascinating flavor combinations and each
C
upcookie can either be dressed with delicious buttercream frosting or simply topped with powdered sugar and pinstriped icing.
